Castel Danynou is a stunning Villa of Grand Standing which is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and is a few minutes stroll to the exquisite Marina & Beaches of St Cyprien. Castel Danynou boasts a large swimming pool and a spacious lovely mature garden.

The Villa benefits from a double Jacuzzi Bath, Wall mounted LCD TV, Suround sound, Music system, DVD, & Free to air satillite channels.

The Elegant Marina is the second largest in the Mediterranean and nestles on the Mediterranean Sea, it is surrounded by miles of sandy beaches (which are only a five minute stroll from the Villa) and beautiful scenic mountains including the famous Canigou. This busy lively marina has 30 restaurants as well as bars, night clubs and a casino. There are also many beach bar/restaurants that are close by where you can relax and enjoy a lovely meal while enjoying the most spectacular sunsets together with views of the mountains and the sea.

The property is only a 25 minute drive from Perpignan Airport or 1 hour from Girona Airport. It is also easily reached from Carcassonne, Montpellier, Nimes and Toulouse Airports.

Castel Danynou is 30 years old and is built in typical Catalan style. The Villa boasts a large swimming pool with pool lights – lovely for relaxing around in the evening! The pool is surrounded by a patio and large garden filled with exotic plants and trees.

Furnished to a high standard with elegance, the villa can be hired as a WHOLE or can be rented as **SEPARATE APARTMENTS**. It is ideal for those with smaller parties in their group while being able to cater for larger families/parties it also allows people to share whilst retaining privacy.

The Whole Villa accommodates 12/14 persons. The Apartments accommodate 4/8 persons

INTERIOR
First Floor Apartment:
Hall way and entrance leading to large Dining room with seating for four people and Lounge furnished with stylish furniture and seating for eight people with, TV, DVD, incorporated sound system and surround sound. There is also satellite with free to air channels.

The lounge, dining room, and bedrooms lead on to the terrace which surrounds the upper half of the house. The terrace is bright and sunny and receives the Medettarian sun somewhere at all times of the day!

The terrace off of the lounge area has a outside seating for six people and a BBQ and three sun loungers.

The side terrace has comfortable seating for four persons and a lounge swing.


A large Double Bedroom with fitted wardrobe and En suite Bathroom with double Jacuzzi bath, power shower, wash basin, bidet and toilet.

Separate Shower Room with power shower, Toilet & Hand Basin.
Double Bedroom with double mezzanine bed which will sleep 4 with wardrobe facility this room is ideal for a couple – or for a couple with a young child or possible childrens room.

First Bedroom
is off of the garage and is slightly separated from the main apartment it is ideal if you have another couple in your party or a teenager that will enjoy sleeping away from the main party. It has a double bed and benefits from having TV& DVD, there is also a fitted wardrobe.

with two single beds & 1 bunk bed and wardrobe facilities. (The beds can be exchanged with the first bedroom to accommodate different scenarios).

Third Bedroom
with large antique bed and wardrobe. These two rooms can be connected if required.

Lounge
with Large TV/ DVD as well as sound system radio/tape/cd leading out to patio swimming pool and garden. Accommodation for 8 people. The Lower Apartment is ideal for children. It has a protective fence around the apartment to prevent children reaching the pool area unsupervised.

EXTERIOR Outdoor :
Sunny terrace leading off 1st floor apartment with views of the mountains, gardens and a large swimming pool, complete with dining table and six chairs as well as two sun loungers.

SERVICES AVAILABLE
Because of the size of this property the caretaker will attend to the property every other day due to the high level of gardening and pool maintenance.

There is a maid service on request at a cost of 150 euros per week per apartment or 300 euros when renting the whole villa the service will include initial shop and shopping, cleaning and making of beds. Babysitting is available on request at extra cost.

Initial Shop can be provided for 50 euros plus the shopping bill – delivery of newspapers, bread etc on a daily basis can be provided on request.

High quality cotton linen is available on request at a cost of 15 euros per week per person. There are also cots and highchairs available at a cost of 35 euros per week per item.

DVD Library is available with over 300 titles to choose from to join the library all you have to do is bring 1 DVD for each week you are staying to add to the library – you then pick 6 titles at a time these can be changed over on a daily basis.
